1. Who operates this site
spacecoastimpactwindows.com is operated by Compass Camper LLC, an Oregon limited liability company doing business as Compass Lead Group ("we", "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms.
2. What this service is
This site is a marketing and lead generation service. We connect homeowners with independent Florida-licensed impact window and door contractors. We are not a contractor, we do not perform or supervise any work, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor. Any work you commission is contracted directly between you and the contractor, on the contractor's terms.
3. No warranty on contractor work
We do not warrant, endorse, or assume responsibility for the work, pricing, licensing status, or conduct of any contractor. Verify licensing yourself through the Florida DBPR license lookup before signing a contract. Workmanship warranties, if any, come from the contractor.
4. Site content
Content on this site is general information about building codes, permits, insurance credits, and state programs, cited to primary sources where it makes factual claims. It is not legal, insurance, engineering, or tax advice. Codes, program terms, and funding change; confirm current requirements with the issuing agency before relying on them.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of this site or a referral is limited to $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any act or omission of a contractor.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and any dispute not subject to another agreed forum is resolved in the state or federal courts of Oregon.
