Who we are
This website, spacecoastimpactwindows.com, is operated by Compass Camper LLC, an Oregon-registered marketing and lead generation company doing business as Compass Lead Group ("we", "us"). We connect Brevard County, Florida homeowners with independent Florida-licensed impact window and door contractors. We do not perform installation, inspection, or service work.
Information we collect
When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, city, whether the home is on the barrier island or the mainland, project scope, and timeline. If you call the phone number on this site, we collect the calling number and the details you share on the call. Like most websites, our hosting provider may also log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type.
How we use and share it
We use your information for one purpose: connecting you with an independent licensed impact window and door contractor who can provide the quote or service you requested. Your information is shared with that contractor. We do not sell your information to data brokers, and we do not share it with parties unrelated to your request. Service providers that process form submissions and email on our behalf handle data only to deliver those services.
Calls and text messages
If you check the consent box on a form, you agree that we and the contractor you are matched with may contact you at the number you provided, including by automated calls, prerecorded messages, and text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text or asking to be removed during any call. We retain records of consent for at least five years, consistent with FCC guidance.
Data retention
We retain lead and consent records for at least five years, then delete or anonymize them unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve a dispute.
Your rights
You may request access to the information we hold about you, request that we delete it, or opt out of further contact at any time. California residents may exercise the access, deletion, and do-not-sell rights provided by the CCPA and CPRA. To make any privacy request, email [email protected].
